Cover the copper coloured bowl with 1cm baby mayo

Add 1tbsp soy

Add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

1 clove garlic crushed. 2 if small

good pinch of sugar

Add siracha till orangish/spicy

Marinated cucumber salad

Cut finely in half circles

add soy, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar

Mostly soy, then fiah Sauce then sesame oil then vinegar

Chilli flakes - some

And garlic x 1

And sugar a pinch

Can add sesame seeds
