Pomegranate & Pistachio Holiday Flatbread with Rosemary Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry or flatbread base
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 tosp olive oil
1 tosp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry or flatbread onto a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread and season with salt and pepper.
Evenly distribute the crumbled goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, and chopped pistachios over the flatbread.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and crispy.
While baking, combine honey and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the honey is warm and infused with rosemary flavor.
Drizzle the rosemary honey over the baked flatbread before serving.
