with olive oil or toppings, it's a versatile addition to any meal.

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour: 3 cups (375 g)
  • Warm water: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Yeast: 1 tsp (5 g)
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp (45 ml)
  • Salt: 1 tsp (5 g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, yeast, salt, water, and olive oil to form a dough. Let rise until doubled.
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle and dimple with your fingers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
